How does it work?

It's easy, you choose a box size and fill it with our selection of fresh produce and then finish the checkout process.  You will then receive an email confirmation after you have submitted your order, with directions to setup your Member Page. Or, you can select one of our no membership, single delivery boxes.  Then you can sit back and let us do the rest!  We will email you your delivery day.  Next we will create your box and deliver it directly to your door each week.

When selecting my produce how much do I get per selection?

Each individual selection is a share, meaning in most cases you will get multiple pieces of produce per individual selection.  To verify the approximate amount, simply click on the "details" tab under the product image and a description with the amount of produce you will receive will show. 

Is there a membership fee?

No, we do not charge any membership fees.

Do you charge a delivery fee? 

No, we do not charge a delivery fee.

Am I in a contract?

No, you are not in a contract and you can cancel anytime from your Member Page.

When do I get a member page?

You get your personal member page immediately after you place your first order.  

How do I access my Member Page?

After you place your first order you will be sent a customer account activation email.  Click the "activate your account" button in the email and follow the link to complete your Member Page activation.

What if I can't find the customer account activation email? 

If you placed your first order and can't find your customer account email, please check your junk email folder.  Most likely you will find it there if it is not in your inbox.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope this never happens, but if you need to cancel your subscription all you have to do is go to your Member Page, click "View Details", then click "cancel subscription".  No hassles, no commitments, you are in total control.

Can I skip a week?

Yes, you may skip any week(s) up to seven weeks in advance easily from your member page.  

Can I change my weekly box selections?

Yes! This is one of the best  parts of being a member.  Every week you will be able to make all new selections to fill your box.

How do I know when to make my weekly selections?

You will be able to make new selections from Monday to Thursday each week.  We also send out a reminder email each week alerting members to make their new selections.

How do I change my subscription box size?

To do this you must first login to your member page. Then click the "shop" tab and select your new box size and checkout the same as you did with your original box.  Then from your member page, you can cancel the box you no longer wish to receive.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Pitt County, Wayne County, Lenoir County, Greene County and Craven County, North Carolina. 

How is my box delivered?

Your box is hand delivered by an employee of The Beet And Berry.

 When will my box be delivered?

Deliveries are made on Wednesday and Thursday of each week between the times of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Where is my box placed at time of delivery?

Your box will be placed at your front door.

What kind of products do you sell?

We currently sell farm fresh fruits and vegetables that change regularly due to seasonal availability.  

Is all your produce locally grown?

We always make every effort to source locally first.  Due to the seasonal availability of produce and other conditions we do get fresh produce from other regions.  We do this so we can offer a wider variety of produce to our members.
